At Enderley we are not just a business, but we are part of the community. Recognising that informs how we work. Having a strong sense of community means that we live the values of integrity, tolerance, and diversity.
As advocates of equality and diversity, we remain entirely non-judgemental in our approach, seeking to treat everyone as we would like to be treated ourselves.
We are proud that we have clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom we count not just as clients, but as our friends.
However, having values is not about words on a page, but action. Hence our commitment to supporting the legal community.
Supporting Others
Supporting others is at the core of everything we do. Our values focus on the many ways we can help one another – personally and professionally.
Through our experiences, and those of friends, family, and colleagues, alongside supporting others through our work, we actively support several charities and causes.
This includes our ongoing commitment as advocates for mental health awareness. Locally, we are also supporters of the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund, seeking to make a positive difference to lives affected by cancer in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales.
