Enderley Consulting welcomes Carolyn Beal to the team

We are pleased to welcome Carolyn Beal to the Enderley Consulting team as a consultant, bringing with her specialisms are amongst the most requested areas of support from our clients  – COLP support, Lexcel consultancy, CQS expertise, office manuals and the full suite of risk assessments, policies and procedures that keep a law firm’s quality management framework in good order.

Carolyn is a non-practising solicitor and Law Society accredited Lexcel Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in legal regulatory compliance. Her background as a practising solicitor, equity partner and COLP means she comes with a thorough understanding of what compliance looks like from the inside of a firm – not just in theory, but in the day-to-day reality of running one.

Carolyn’s arrival means we are now able to extend our offering and to support more clients with a comprehensive range of compliance support.
