Achieving Lexcel

From preparing Lexcel compliant policies, controls, and procedures to standardised Lexcel file review forms, we provide our clients with straightforward and easily implementable documents.

Using the Lexcel self-assessment checklist, we identify gaps in your processes and procedures. We build on what you already have. Because of the modular nature of our Lexcel product, we can adapt our manual to reflect what you are already doing whilst ensuring that you are Lexcel compliant. This will minimise the disruption of your office.

Preparation is crucial for successful assessment. Once we have finalised your Lexcel v6.1 manual and you have implemented it for three months, we offer a pre-assessment dry-run. This includes interviews and file reviews. Our friendly approach and explanation of the assessment process gives people the confidence to talk to the assessor. You will also know that your records are compliant. This ensures you will be ready in good time for the assessment. This thorough preparation is the secret of our clients’ success over the years. Annual Monitoring

Lexcel requires accredited firms and teams to have an annual maintenance visit by an assessor. We continue to work with our clients, updating their Lexcel v6.1 manual. We do not re-write anything that does not need to be changed. If it is working and compliant, then we do not touch what you already have. This helps us to keep your costs down and avoid unnecessary disruption. Where we must make changes, we can provide training to staff so that they understand why the changes are being made. We also offer mini pre-AMV run through.

Training Requirements

We also provide training that will satisfy your Lexcel annual training requirements. This training is easy to follow, cost effective, and interactive. Our training sessions can be bought individually or as part of a package. We can deliver it by zoom or in your office. Topics include:
